Behind every one of those experiences is an international team in Phuket, working fast, where no two days are quite the same. This role is the right hand to the General Manager (GM): yacht, crew, suppliers, stock, schedules and reports, all running through you, from the office to the pier.

What you'll do

• Take a task from the GM and carry it to the finish line: daily admin, special projects and new initiatives, with clear updates on progress, delays and decisions needed.

• Keep the boats trip-ready, coordinating with the Captain, operations manager and crew on schedules, guest arrangements, equipment and maintenance for every trip, event and private charter.

• Run purchasing from quote to delivery: compare suppliers and prices, raise requests, chase orders, and check every delivery against what was ordered.

• Stay ahead of stock with regular counts, accurate records, replenishment before anything runs short, and driver schedules that get supplies to the boats on time.

• Turn information into clear reports, minutes and presentations, and keep records, SOPs and documentation organised and easy to find.

• Manual inputting of data such as booking income, expenses, and onboard alcohol sales, Gasoline consumption records.

What you'll bring

• At least two years in administration, operations, hospitality or yacht and boat operations, and you're happy working both in the office and on board.

• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

• The judgement to work independently and ability to be discreet with confidential information.
